I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was superb. The well-organised room was warm and the bathroom was clean. The pillows and bed were comfortable, slept like a baby. The customer service was excellent, I liked it.

I loved every detail about my good 1 night stay here. This accommodation had a secluded setting 500 mtr down the valley.

The personnel was helpful and they provided great service. It is next to a ferry port which is a major plus. Wi-Fi worked throughout the property. Suitable place for your vacations in Munnar.
